Educational Qualification: “The incumbent must be a graduate with a postgraduate degree or diploma of two years in human resources, personnel management, MBA (HR), MSW, MLS, MPM, MLL, or LW from a recognized university or institute with 14 years of post-qualification experience in HR functions in an organization of repute. Incumbents must have a thorough understanding of laws pertaining to labor and employment, modern human resources, and organizational practices. Exposure with regard to talent and performance management, succession planning, industrial relations, and corporate social responsibility will be an added advantage.

Age Limit: Maximum 50 Years.
